It has become a passion of mine to explore and see the world. The more I travel the more I learn how little I know about the planet we live on. I've experienced the major amusement parks in the U.S., visited over 20 Caribbean islands, sailed the Mediterranean, toured England/Scotland/Wales on an escorted tour, have the privilege of taking a river cruise to the beaches of Normandy, experienced Sandals, visited Hawaii and Alaska and have fallen in love with S. Africa. Prior to this I spent 39 years in the high tech industry and was able to travel to Europe, Canada, Puerto Rico and throughout the United States. Travel is my passion.

I still remember looking at the brochures and watching the agent work on her monochrome computer screen and issuing our plane tickets. I began traveling by plane as an unaccompanied minor when I was just 6 years old to visit family over school breaks and traveled to London on a high school field trip. I have taken many road trips both close to home and cross country as well as visiting our US National Parks. As an adult, I have visited Canada (BC/Quebec), Mexico (Cancun, Cozumel, Acapulco), England, Wales, Jamaica, Haiti, Bahamas, St. Maarten, St. Thomas, Puerto Rico, Alaska, Barbados, St. Kitts, Nevis, Martinique, Turks and Caicos, and Bermuda. I have a diverse work background as I have worked in IT for US DoD, retail, customer service providing benefits administration support for a top financial firm, and have with worked developmentally disabled adults and with at risk youth after obtaining my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I found Cruise Planners several years ago when I needed help planning a first cruise for my family who have a number of mobility challenges and my agent was my much needed expert in the travel world. Now I have the knowledge of the special needs resources that exist for families looking to take their loved ones on vacation while accommodating everyone from Grandma who needs a scooter, individuals on the autism spectrum and everyone else in between. I have escorted groups of mobility challenged individuals and continue to do so on select itineraries. I would love to help you and your family plan your next vacation and make sure everyone's needs are met whether they are walking, rolling or just need a little extra support to get through a special vacation.
